Why do you ask a question in your headline to get people to open it up, but never provide an answer to the question???

Although Wilmington is great and has many claims to fame, Andy Griffith’s home is not one of them. He was from Mt.Airy, NC, some 250 miles away. He lived in Manteo, NC, over 120 miles from Wilmington. I was born, raised and live in Winston Salem, NC, which is only 30 some miles from Mt.Airy. Maybe it doesn’t really matter in the big scheme of things, but I feel this should be corrected. Thank you.
