With its spirit of innovation, cultural diversity, and abundance of wealth, it is no small surprise that San Jose has become known as “The Capital of Silicon Valley.”

Located in the northern portion of the state of California, San Jose is placed at the center of the Santa Clara Valley and is the 10th most populated city in the United States. The city’s mild Mediterranean climate is also one of the greatest reasons residents and tourists flock to nearby beaches all year round.

Officially founded in 1777, San Jose was a strategic location that connected the military stations of the Monterey Presidio and San Francisco Presidio. Today, San Jose is the beating heart of the tech industry. It boasts amazing parks, imposing museums, awesome shopping along Santana Row, and enough activities to keep everybody busy for more than just a handful of days at a time.
